1. Who we are

SW Get Transfer (“we”, “us”) operates a marketplace that connects travellers with independent, verified private drivers in Sri Lanka. We are not a transportation carrier; we facilitate the introduction and booking between customers and drivers.

2. Accounts

To request or offer transfers you must create an account with accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Bookings and payments

Requesting a transfer is free. Once you accept a driver's offer, the quoted fare becomes payable through the platform. SW Get Transfer collects a 10% service commission from the driver's earnings.

4. Cancellations

Cancellation windows and refund rules are described in our Cancellation Policy.

5. Driver obligations

Drivers must hold valid Sri Lankan licences, vehicle registration, insurance and any required tourism board permits. Drivers are independent contractors, not employees of SW Get Transfer.

6. Liability

We take reasonable steps to verify drivers, but the transportation service itself is provided by the driver. Our liability is limited to fees paid through the platform, to the extent permitted by law.

7. Prohibited use

You may not use the platform for illegal activity, harassment, or to circumvent bookings/payments (contacting drivers off-platform to avoid fees is prohibited and may result in account termination).

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on the site or by email at least 14 days before taking effect.
