How we use it

• To match customers with drivers and process bookings.
• To communicate about bookings, receipts and support requests.
• To keep the marketplace safe (fraud prevention, driver verification).
• To improve the service — always in aggregate, never sold.

Sharing

We share only what is necessary: booking details with the assigned driver, payment details with our payment processor, and information required by law. We do not sell personal data.

Retention

Account and booking records are kept while your account is active and for the period required by tax and accounting law. You can request deletion at any time.
